BRIFF, in collaboration with Amplo and Sabam offer artists and technicians in the audiovisual sector an information session on the reform of the artist worker status in Belgium.

Since January 1, 2024, the well-known "artist status" has undergone significant changes! The Arts Work Commission is now operational and the Arts Work Certificate has entered into force. But what does this concretely imply for professionals in the creative and cultural sector in Belgium?

During the session, Amplo's and Sabam's experts will guide you through the changes, explaining in detail the functioning of the new system, the steps for obtaining and renewing the Arts Work Certificate, as well as all the crucial information concerning the Arts Work Commission.

After the presentation, there will be a Q & A allowing everyone to ask their specific questions.

Amplo, your specialized HR partner in the creative and cultural sector, has extensive expertise in payroll processing for freelancers, social legislation specific to the arts field, and support for artists and other professionals in the sector.

Sabam is the Belgian association for authors, composers and publishers. It manages the rights of more than 41,000 members in 5 domains: music, film & television, theatre & dance, visual arts and literature.
